1 chia egg
1 drop of liquid stevia
1 cup wholegrain flour
1 cup instant oats
1 cup plant milk
1/2 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp maca powder (optional) (I use Organic Burst maca)
Mix everything together and preheat the pan. Use a non-sticking pan for less fat. Fry from each side until golden and layer with fruits. Enjoy!
