one (preferably local!) apple
1 chia egg
1 cup wholegrain flour
1 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 cup plantmilk
2 drops liquid stevia
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Cut the apple into small chunks (0,5 x 1 cm) and cook them in a little water. You can add the cinnamon already. Mix the chia seeds with the water and put aside. Then mix all the other ingredients, add the chia egg and the soft apple chunks. Fry pancakes as per usual on a non-sticking pan with a little vegetable oil. Top with more cooked apple chunks and cinnamon and some chocolate sauce. Voilá, now you have the perfect autumny breakfast!
