2 bananas, chopped and frozen overnight
1/2 cup plant-based milk
1/2 cup water
1 dried date
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Blend the frozen bananas together with the milk. Cut the apple and the date into small chunks (about 1cm x 0,5cm), and cook them together with the water and the cinnamon until they're soft. Now let the fruity mix cool down and then mix them into your nana ice cream. In case you don't like chunks in your soft ice cream, you can now blend everything again.
I layered the nana ice cream with a cinnamon-spiced chia pudding and this made a super yummy christmassy and very nutritional breakfast!
