1 litre vegetable brooth

Chop and fry onions and courgettes while boiling the potatoes in 1 litre vegetable brooth. Add courgettes and onions to the potatoes and boil until soft. Blend everything together and season with salt, pepper and chilli (the colder it is outside, the more chilli you should use ;) ).
